LifeGuard America was founded in 2001 with a focus on creating and supplying functional and versatile software and services for the organ, tissue and eye banking industries. As often happens when a company is a pioneer in an industry, we quickly found out that our software, while adequate, did not meet the expectations and needs of our customers or prospective customers. Because of this, we decided to make minimum changes and enhancements to our flagship software and focus our efforts on building a completely new software solution to better meet the needs of users from three very dynamic industries.

LifeGuard America worked very closely with industry experts and combined that knowledge with 5 years of industry intellect to create digitalDONOR®. LifeGuard America’s digitalDONOR® is an integrated electronic charting system that enables users to make informed decisions regarding the suitability of transplants for their patients faster, as well as being a unified data source for management, quality assurance, billing and partner development groups within an organization. LifeGuard America continues to enhance and improve the design of the software to meet customers’ needs while maintaining the software’s validation and regulatory compliance.
